DELIVERY CHARGES

A Tres Puntos charges a fixed rate according to the country of destination regardless of the number of products purchased and the weight of the package.  This charge will always be shown in the order basket before confirming your order.

HOW ARE THE ITEMS SHIPPED?

A Tres Puntos pledges to post the items to the address provided by the customer as long as it is within the countries where we sell online (Spain, European Union and the rest of the world).  The delivery dates are approximate and differ according to the destination.  It is essential for the customer to provide the full name and address of the person who is to receive the item when ordering online.  It is compulsory to give a contact telephone number to guarantee correct delivery.  Deliveries to PO Box numbers are not accepted.

DELIVERY DATES

The standard delivery time in mainland Spain is from 24 to 48 hours on working days. A Tres Puntos will try to ensure the quickest delivery time possible, although certain zones outside metropolitan areas may involve a slightly longer delivery time.  In the rest of the World delivery may take up to 7 or 8 working days.  These dates are approximate depending on destination.  Orders only leave the warehouse on working days i.e. no orders are dispatched at weekends or public holidays.

ARE ALL THE ITEMS LISTED IN THE SHOP IN STOCK? 

Except for technical issues, the products shown as available on the website (and therefore that can be added to the basket) are ready for immediate dispatch. In the event of any problems A Tres Puntos will contact the customer as soon as possible to resolve the issue.  

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What do I do if there is a problem with a product?

The main concern of A Tres Puntos is to achieve the maximum level of customer satisfaction while maintaining maximum reliability.  All our products are of the highest quality and are checked thoroughly prior to dispatch. 

Despite this, if on receiving your order you notice any defects in the product, please email us at info@atrespuntos.com  explaining the problem and we will do everything we can to solve the issue as quickly as possible. 

What do I do if I have ordered the wrong size?

At A Tres Puntos we try to reduce the quantity of product movements to avoid damaging the environment.  Therefore we advise that you consult INFORMATION ON SIZES which you can find on the item description page.  Despite this if when you receive the product you require a change of size within 7 days you must send us an e mail to info@atrespuntos.com informing us of the change and requesting the new size.  When you receive our reply you will have to send us within 7 days the unused product with its original packaging and labels to the following address:

Once it is received and its condition checked, we will resend the required size with no delivery charges.

What happens if I don´t like a product?

If when you receive your order it is not to your satisfaction you have seven days to return it.  The product should be unused and in perfect condition with labels and original packaging intact.  Please send us an email to info@atrespuntos.com detailing the reason for returning the item.  When you receive our reply authorising the return, please send us the product in its original packaging within seven days to the following address:

Once we have received the returned item and checked its condition, we will refund the cost of the item to your credit card or Pay Pal account having deducted the delivery charges.

At A Tres Puntos we do not accept products with unpaid transport costs.
